Just heard rumor that the government is doing away with the def/dpf a in January 2019. Can anyone confirm this? I’ve looked and can’t find anything about it.

Honestly we have to ask ourselves why is really needed?
It isn't because of the environment.
We need the soot in the air to counter climate change.
I think our EPA wants to be like the EU, controlling emissions of everything, even though we never had the problems with diesel emissions that Europe has. If it was up to the EPA, they would have cow fart collectors on cows to capture methane.StrokerTSi, Youngtrucker91 and stillwurkin Thank this.
