No. It's for the public's safety. Sadly. It's probably the only way to get the super Truckers to stop speeding and tailgating. But 60 or 70. You'll still get there in the same time frame.bzinger Thanks this.

Once a year? How often do one of these "me me me" steering wheel holders make it hard on you per year?
Besides, My ELD will show without a doubt, I was in DFW or Nashville or Ft Smith, Ar at that date & time.... cant be two places at one time. That's an easy fix. These inconsiderate drivers... is not so easily fixed. I'm still glad to see them hand out those $300 tickets to these idiots.
I have this little saying that I got from my of fire chief many years ago. "Until the law gets tougher than the law breaker, there's always gonna be crime."
Until these guys start getting some of the trouble they give me... they're always gonna be giving me trouble.mjd4277, Wasted Thyme and drvrtech77 Thank this. -
Don’t put words in my mouth…I’m against speed limiters to begin with..but im frankly tired of these idiot steering wheel holders who think theyre truckers driving like hell on that bridge tailgating and causing these accidents..i drive thru there quite often so i know what im talking about..i see it all the time..LoneRanger, Lazer, mjd4277 and 1 other person Thank this.

If you can't do your job by legally following the laws, you need to find another line of work. If you have to exceed the speed limit, use lanes other than authorized, or ride another vehicle's rear bumper to try to force them to violate the law you are breaking, you have a serious problem. It is just a matter of time, but it will bite you eventually.
The laws are not there to penalize you, they are there for the public's safety.LoneRanger, bzinger, mjd4277 and 2 others Thank this. -
But but but... they're super Truckers. They should be able to speed and work 20 hours a day and...
bzinger, mjd4277 and buzzarddriver Thank this. -
They are also breathing heavy and not wearing pants.

All the toll letters had pictures of trucks other than mine.
The plates were unreadable on the pics they sent. -
Ticket in the mail just throw it away. Nothing they can do.
God prefers Diesels, bzinger and 062 Thank this. -
Just had one back in February from Florida. I haven’t been to Florida in ten years.
The solution isn’t as easy as you think. I called Florida sun pass and had a estimated hold time of 13hrs. I sent a email to the address provided and got a late payment invoice the same day they answered the email.
Back in 2016 Ny and Md threatened to have my plates put on hold.stuckinthemud Thanks this.
