Most, if not ALL of the Mavericks that you see going in and out of AK in Butler are part of the 10 truck dedicated account of which I am one. The division is PLD Division (Customer is Pittsburgh Logistics Services). We only do coils, and it is a very difficult division- and we have been having a few issues that have had the 10 of us concerned. We do have guaranteed home weekends no ifs ands or buts though, which IS nice. All of us live in Ohio or Southern Michigan and Western PA is a possibility I would be pretty sure. But first things first, you would need to get on with Maverick and run at least a month or so OTR (probably on the RAT Division- or LNG Longhaul division before the offer would be extended to you. I know that there is likely going to be a couple of openings on our board possibly soon, so take that for what its worth. If you have more questions about this feel free to PM me.

Maverick Drivers Q&A -
Thanks Jeff, I appreciate it.

They would hook you up with an instructor who is either a Bengals or a Browns fan...lol
-
That would be horrible with the way those guys are playing, lol. I'm guessing Seahawks and Broncos for Superbowl this year.

does maverick pay for orientation and securement training? or only when you are out with road trainer?
-
Yes, they do. All time spent in all training is paid.
-
And paid well. Do some checking, you'll be hard pressed to find a company that pays more while in orientation and training.
