Can I get barcodes to scan saying I arrived at a shipper and reciever?

I'll be arriving at places all day long from my couch.

 

This is zonar...knight has them on their trucks...but heres the issue, knight doesn't have them on trls and i doubt sni will pay to out them on 50k trls...so in essence, how's that a a "complete pretrip"?...

I need a job where I can get paid to sit around and think of hairbrained ideas all day. Kinda like when I see a dumb commercial on the tv that looks like a 5 year old thought up. I make fun of it in my head until the depression sinks in when I realize that some fool just got paid thousands of dollars to write it probably while he was sitting on the crapper.

There's no doubt that there is a problem with pre trips not being performed. Just look around the truck stop in the morning. However, this system is a failure from the start. Will Schneider add another 800 number that we can sit on hold for, for an hour because the barcode sticker fell off the brake chamber?

 

What's to stop some drivers from just peeling them off.

 

They'll have to use riveted tags. Tires, fuel tanks, airlines. I see no problem here.

 

If the industry let alone Schneider wants better drivers who actually will do what's right, pay us for all we do. Pay us better and hold someone other than the driver responsible for the mistakes those behind a desk make.
