New Member--Introduction

    Hey everyone, my CB handle is Ladyrebell, but my name is Eyvonne. I am currently disabled raising my boys ages 15, 16, and 19 all of which have bipolar disorder. In addition, I am raising and getting ready to adopt my great-nephew who I have been raising since he was 11months old and he will be 3 next month. My husband has been driving for over 25 years. He just left Link America Express and is currently at orientation for JBS. I am hoping things will work out a whole lot better for him since they do run electronic logs and I shouldn't have to worry about him getting short hopped around and not getting any sleep. I look forward to meeting all of you and sharing in all your experiences.
    I decided to join the forum cause no one around me really understands what it is like to be married and yet in a sense be a single parent. It would be nice to talk with others in similar situations and since there are so many changes in the industry I want to stay up to date.:biggrin_25517:

    You came to the right place.....there are many articles (threads) that will pique your interest, start your blood boiling, put a tear in your eye, or a smile on your face here! And plenty of "female types" to help you when you need to vent or just get things off your chest. Those "female types" have their own "region"....the "ladies room", sometimes we "male types" refer to them as the "Naughty Ladies Room"....but it is all in fun.

    from Politics....no moderation so the language can be "colorful"....to religion, where it can get a bit "heated"....to gossip and news and then my favorite....The TTR Hijack Membership Club!

    Welcome to the forum Ladyrebell you will find here lots of good stuff, some crap and some why even bother stuff...but it's all fun to read. But I suspect you don't have much time to read sounds like you got your handsfull.

    Hello and welcome!

    I hear ya about being a married single parent. I was a single mom for 14 years, and even though i have remarried, I'm STILL a single mom : )
    Raising teens is a challenge, I have an 18 year old who is leaving for college in a few week, so I'm heading into empty nest territory, which I am dreading.
    I certainly admire you for taking on a preschooler with three teens in the house!

    Thank you all so much for your wonderful welcomes and support. It means more to me than you can imagine. Some days it feels that it is impossible to accomplish anything, but then I sit back and realize it is all worth it in the end. I am very happy to meet all of you.
