Hello Everyone. Im new to this forum as well as the hauling business that my hubby and I have recently established. We have really not made any money yet because we are too busy trying to get everything legal and correct. You know the stuff. Dot #, Icc #, and all other regulatory things that have to be in good standing BEFORE you start hauling. At times it has gotten very frustrating because we have spent a good dime and havent made any profit yet. So, the question pertains to the little problem that we have encountered with this possible haul job we have been presented with. My husband and I own a 30ft flatbed rollback truck. We have to pick up a 33ft wedge truck (1975). We were trying to figure out how to load the wedge part of the truck onto our flatbed without dragging it. We thought maybe chocks? Or starter ramps? Or lift dollies? We are just not sure of which way would be the most cost effective for us but will do the job. Any help will be highly appreciated. The wedge part will be overhanging approx. 3 feet on our flatbed. Which is okay. Thank You all!!!
