Recent CDL grad. out of Cambridge, MD. In the process of looking for first
driving job. Found truckers report to be very helpfull in getting informed about the trucking industry. Currently looking at US Xpress, USA Truck, and Bulkmatic as possible employers. I'm 49 and starting another career. Hope this one take me to retirerment. At 70 or 75. :biggrin_2559:

First off, welcome to the forum. Secondly, I would check out Schneider as well. There are several smaller carriers that take students. I would see if Van Wyk hires in your area.

Thanks for the encouragement. I did try Schneider. I like that they have the most variety of trucking jobs. Everything I applied for was to far out of my area. I'll keep looking and checking and let you know where I end up.
