My trailers came with semi-fluid grease in the bearings. It's that color right out of the bucket (this Delo product anyway), and has the consistency of thin pudding. I fill with the same kind of hand pump contraption and plastic hose you'd use for gear oil.

I was a little mad about having to buy a 5 gallon bucket of the stuff as the distributor didn't have any smaller tubs or bottles. Since then, it hasn't been a bad thing - I've used maybe 1/2 to 3/4 gallon of it over 2 years. It hasn't separated and still looks like it did the day I opened it. When I asked the guys at Truck Pro for this or equivalent, they looked at me like I was speaking Greek. To them grease is grease. And they usually have anything I ask for, except for this.

Good deal. Don’t know if you’ve seen the price of a good vice lately. Outrageous. Glad I bought mine 25 yrs ago.

Exactly. Even my local Trailer supply suggested I use regular grease. Lol. My Trailer came from Penske. I went to one of their Shops, and asked. They’re the ones that told me about it. They said they put it in all they’re Trailers when new. No more leaking wheel seals. I pulled one of Mine apart. It was still all intact. Plan on re doing all 4 soon. Using the 0 wt. proper grease. That’s no normal grease. Amazing stuff. $$$$
