It is a nice looking truck. My question to you is have you talked to insurance companies to insure you. You are in school now with no experience. I don't know if you have talked to insurance companies about insuring you with no experience. I would look into that. I'm not raining on your parade. If I'm an insurance company it is a tremendous risk to insure an inexperienced driver. I hope you are successful in your business. Welcome to the big road where dreams are made & detoured

your insurance will be too high, high insurance usually make drivers push farther than they are supposed to just to cover the expenses and things go down hill from there.... lease to a large company for the first 6 months to a year then buy a trailer

    PacManTrap and taxihacker66 Thank this.

Not trying to scare you off but .... I would buy the truck and lease on with someone and absorb as much as I could then think about going independent..:)

Get ur authority, (do what ever until first week May). Then watermelon season will start running in Florida. Where it will slowly crawl northward: Ga. Carolinas, Va. Md. Dele.

This is a business that you'll want to get into and work directly with the Grower. Start calling farms.
