Hey guys. Desperately need some help. I bought new pit last year and after 75k mi I start having vibration...after 7 months fighting with the dealers I give up and trade it in...on my way home with new pit 579 I felt a little vibration (though I'm paranoid) Well, I didn't. 6k mi on a truck I experiencing the beginning stage of my previous truck vibration. When I'm accelerating in a lower gears my hood vibrate the most (a specially left side). When getting 70-75mph my hood, my dash, my sleeper ... little feeling in a chair, feeling in my floor, almost like some with my clutch...feels like a rotation vibration and it's on and off or sometimes vibration shifts from hood to bed to... on a high speed usually occurring when I lightly accelerating or slowing down...sometimes sounds like a helicopter.... was thinking maybe its not a driveline, maybe its my engine..but when truck start vibrating i put truck in nuetral it keeps vibrating. Did anyone experienced something like I do? This is 2nd truck...Rush truck center where I purchased the truck won't do anything to help + trying to milk money of me for every sec. They looking on a truck even though I just bought it from them....what a scam.

Seems a few people on here has had some similar stuff happen to them. Maybe one will come along and help sort it out. I would never buy a Pete myself so cant help you.

Is the steer axle air ride? Get Alignment done by a reputable shop. Add centrametics wheel balancers .Get radial and lateral runout on steer tires. Check engine mounts ,cab mounts ,steer u bolts and rear ubolts . Check rear ride height. Have dealership check drive line angles and balancers .

I’d take it to a good alignment and driveline shop. They’re more likely to figure out what’s going on than a dealership that doesn’t specialize in alignments and driveline angles. I know you have warranty at the dealer but sometimes the best and fastest solution is to pay out of pocket to correct the situation.
