I never go over posted limit. if it is 60 or below I set the cruse at the speed limit and use the jakes to keep it from speeding down hill.

is it QC sending the message or your dispatcher? never heard of QC doing it, but used to drive for a company that would send us messages when we'd go over the limit for more than 2 minutes at a time

joker maybe they are just doing it in cali, since the last message they sent us about that area was that people were getting pulled over DAILY for speeding or being in the wrong lane and getting tickets... I remember cause i laughed when it said 'if you dont mind making contributions to the state of california' lol

But according to Qualcomm's own legal department, their system is not to be used to determine speed.

That is a DIRECT quote to me from them.

May 2012 I had Sioux City IA send me a speeding ticket off their speed camera. I printed out the qualcomm record on my truck for that very same time, date and speed and BEAT The TICKET.

Sioux City IA PD had egg on their face in a BAD way and Qualcomm threatened the local media with a law suit if they published the news story about it all.

I wonder if George Orwell is still alive? When he wrote the book 1984, it was early, but is still is happening. But not only is it govt like he wrote about but corporate as well. What would he think of it all?

well there are a few places that we COULD speed... going thru chicaco the speed limit is like 45 or something, but everyone is doing like 70 lol, and a few other bigger cities the speed limit is down around 50 or so on the major hwy but no one ever notices, or cares and they just keep their speeds up

and yes you spelled desert right, dessert is what you eat, has 2 s's... cause you usually want seconds ;) (yes thats how I remember it!!! lmao)
