New RE-START rule really sucks...

For my numbers day (7.9) my hrs come back from recap,this i understand,my problem is what day my 70 come back

I took a reset last Sunday. I got home Thursday night and leaving tomorrow to head down to Miami. I thought I couldn't reset but then I did the math. If I wouldn't have taken the reset Sunday I could have still ran Monday-Thursday on recap. So I just won't count that reset, I'll just count this reset I just took today.

 

In another thread I said I may have started a reset at 167 hours. I went off duty at 19:00 CST on Friday. I'm pretty sure it was 20:00 a week ago.

Anyhow I have only used about 13 hours in 4 days. So I have all kinds of hours.

My only two questions are, A: If DOT gives me a rectal exam will they shoot me or worse if it IS 167 hours and B: On Monday morning if I want to run recap I get the hours from last Monday, correct?

 

I met the restart rules on monday morning,i was beginning the 34 today 4pm with 2 nights from 1-5am,i monday is this correct

 

Mondays hours come on Tuesday.

Technically a week ago was June and not "part of the law".

Since you went off duty yesterday at 20:00, your next reset cannot start until Friday 20:00.

My last restart was beginning 6.29 -6pm,my 70 beginning on 7.1-now iam today beginning of duty 4pm-to monday 7.8 -9am ,now the superquestion is how many hrs i have monday when i beginn 9 am to drive

 

I'm not sure

 

The problem is everybody talk diferent about the new restart rules
