Large duffle bag for the clothes,laundry bag for dirty clothes,small bag for showers with hygene stuffs,sleeping bag,pillows and small blanket.depending on trainer and your size,you most likely will store bags at the foot end of your bunk if no storage under bottom bunk.Once you get on the truck with trainer you can figure out some food to store on the truck.I always like some pop tarts,honey buns,soups and raviols to help keep food prices down.Also,make sure to ask trainer if it is OK to share storage space with his stuff.Most likely trainer will have fridge or cooler,microwave or small oven.and TV with DVD player.
Also,invest in some slip on shoes.Alot easier to slip on to run to rest room in middle of nite or early morning.BE SURE TO BRING ANY MEDS YOU NEED ALSO.
