If the question is at me joe016 I am currently a company driver, I am in the process of getting everything ready to become an o/o. And as one more added advice, zip tie, zip tie, zip tie all four corners of the chassy locks. People will tell you that you don't have to but the DOT Officer with the expensive ticket will say otherwise. Just keep your eye on the bottom line.

We're are you going to be running out from. And there are many variables on how much you can make. It's mostly dependent on how your account pays and how you run.

    What are you looking for?

Intermodal can get you local, regional, and some OTR. Basically anything but coast to coast.

    Rocks Thanks this.

I was reading another thread folks saying that it makes more sense to be paid by hr than by miles because there's a lot of sitting and waiting... and no detention? I guess that depends on the company one works for, right?
I'm considering other kinds of truck driving for next year... And I know nothing other than OTR...
