Howdy, i live in Texas, fort worth to be exact. just decided i need a change and found this site. since im a new member, i guess i should introduce myself. my name is Sam, but i go by Lima on here. Lima derives from my past Marine Corps days, 6 years, 2 tours in Vietnam.
I've had my Cdl since i was 16, i'll turn 62 in july of 2011. guess that makes me an old coot. i've been driving trucks for about 46 years now. dang, doesnt seem that long, anyway, i've been working for a wrecker service for the last 30 years. i've held hazmat, hauled asphalt, diesel, gasoline, chemicles, oil, acid, you name it, i've probably pulled it. i also drove for JB Hunt, didnt like it much so didnt stay there long. i'm thinking about hauling water,in the shale. i've been hauling equipment to the rigs around north texas now for the last 3 years, and i'm looking to change. im married for the last 36 years, 4 grown kids. thank god thats over with. like to hunt and fish. heck, i like to do most anything that gets me outta the house. i even drag race at times. well, i guess thats me in a nutshell. good to be here.
