When I started driving just over 9 years ago, it was through the Squire school at Knight. At that time, I do not believe they had an app. My recruiter handled all of my paperwork, and gave me a direct deposit form. You do not have to use their payroll card. At the time, I was with BofA, and I had daily pay direct deposited straight to my account. It is a decent place to get your start, but have fun chasing empty trailers! Lasted about 6 months there, until I got a job locally. If you want a word of advice, always watch your pay stubs when it comes to reimbursements. Seems like they always shorted me on tolls. To cross the Bay bridge in Oakland, it is $6 an axle (9yrs ago) which was $30. Seems like they would always short me 10 bucks, giving me back only 20 of it. Just saying, keep an eye on your pay stub

Here, to perhaps get more direct answers, this is what it says on my driver portal:

And when I go to add another deposit, it says:

I wonder if I can choose "net" for the bank, once I actually ADD the bank.

I would bet that once you add your bank account information, the net option will be available. If it isn't, then just elect the percentage and put in 100.

You might misspell a word if you were being chased by a polar bear.

And I've heard Knight isn't a terrible company to drive for.

Pay attention to driving, don't worry about the direct deposit thing now. Worry about not making it onto next weeks edition of "boneheaded truckers."

    nerifes88 and Pamela1990 Thank this.

It's not a big deal,.your money shows up on your fuel card app..,.mine is efs, then transfer it to your bank account which is linked directly to your fuel card. I have been doing it for years with no problems.
