i never have a problem with fuel, my dm always had a fuel stop open for me most of the time, it was the def that I usually had to ask to have opened for me

Always try and be proactive in the day time with fueling so you don't have to talk to night dispatch. I am sure night dispatch has been told to do the bare minimum since the day time dms have a much better idea when it comes to their drivers.

yeah lately they've kinda gone to the "contact your DM" to get the def added to the fuel stops. but it was the weekend, once i start rolling in the morning I tend to not stop until I'm done for the day

    Speaking of night dispatch...

I requested a scale ticket at about 7 pm, last night and didn't get it authorized until some time in the very late/early morning hours, when 3 of them all of a sudden came through. I grew tired of waiting for the authorization after about 30 minutes and went ahead and paid cash for it and headed out.

i always just scale myself if its not part of me fueling, I never wait for scales anymore. hell right now I Just buy what i need now and get the po number later. speaking of which I got a po for that jug of def i bought, and i was erasing messages and one got sent to me while i was in the process and it erased the message with the number before I wrote it down... bleh... guess Im gonna have to ask them for the number again

How do you get paid for scale tickets without requesting a non-lumper money request using the station code for the fuel stop? I was told that getting a PO for scales and transflowing in the reciept later is not an option anymore because Comdata charges lots of $$ to do it that way.

i just put yes for scale on macro 31, and in the station code/location section i put paid cash. my dm never gave me any issue when I did it that way, and hell for the first like 2 months that was the only way I did scales lol

and why would comdata charge more to add money to my card, its the same way they put money on my card any other way.... I pay cash, and I just get reimbursed on my card....

Try doing that (getting reimbursed for scale) with the night dispatch. They will reply, "Where would you like me to open the scale ticket on Comdata for you?". ;-)

i TRY not to ask them for anything, unless I know Im gonna really need it and I cant pay for it myself. last DM knew how I did my scales I guess, one time waiting for over an hour to get on the road waiting for authorization for scales was enough that I just started paying upfront.... that and that location box on the macro 31 is just too freakin small to write anything more than 'paid cash' lmao
