New Utility Trailers

    Pulled into Conover terminal today and noticed at least 30 brand new 4000 D-X Utility trailers. A big step up from our old trailers..

    All of them have side skirts with air-operated pin pull mechanism and the self inflating tire system.

    Yeah those pin pull systems hopefully will be integrated in the years to come. You would think that we would have done away with the old way by now. Lol

    SFS just got some newer day cabs as well. Just got a qcomm saying were getting 200 new utility trailers and 100 Hyundai trailers.

    New trailers are great, but I'll settle for trailers that have tires that are actually round and have air in them. :biggrin_25525:

    Watched one get dropped on the road in Helena the other day. The electrical box on the front got busted off but luckily it was light so it didn't fold the landing gear. It Won't be long till they all look dinged up unfortunately
