When will these be hitting the dealer lots?
-
From the Google:
First out is the all-new Volvo VNL model, replacing Volvo's best-selling truck on the North American market for long haul transport. Sales are set to start in the end of the first quarter of 2024.BoostedTeg and Siinman Thank this. -
I believe 3rd qtr will be best case.BoostedTeg Thanks this.

Sales rep says they are going through training right now. So might be able to order soon but not gonna get until 3rd qtr is my understanding.86scotty Thanks this.

Are you seriously considering an upgrade already or just thinking about it? I'm probably pretty set with my 21 for another 5 years or so, however I sure wish I had known about these new ones before I bought mine. I didn't figure the VNL would get a makeover for a few more years.
Siinman Thanks this. -
If some how I have a great year this year I would sure consider doing it early. My plan all along was to drive this one for 4 years and order a new one at the 4 year mark before warranty runs out. That way when I sale this one it would still have a little warranty left for the next owner. I got this one on 3/26/22 so at the 4year mark would be idea time to order the new one.Midwest Trucker and 86scotty Thank this.

If your warranty is transferable and you can afford getting a new truck, it's better to make the change around 100K miles/1 year before the warranty expires.Siinman Thanks this.

Where is pricing going to be I wonder. Previous (current) gens are going to take a depreciation hit too when these become available.
Siinman Thanks this. -
Volvo also shrunk the 760 sleeper too, it went from 70” to 67”.
I agree that Volvo should’ve went to a bigger sleeper.
