Sheesh, that could be considered "unusual punishment!" It ain't Constitutional!

 

Meh... I didn't read all of this,but I would NEVER side with DOT or any official over a driver.
We never get the option to analyze,or observe these guys.They run the show,and its up to us
to prove were innocent.
Your always guilty,and have to prove your innocent in a court of law.
They harass you when you sleep,when you drive,and as far as I know theres no profession
in the world that abides to such scrutiny.
Maybe the op did wrong? But what did Johnny law do on his shift that day?
I don't really care if the cop thinks he cut the driver a break.It sounds like a set to fail road check to me..
Make it OBVIOUS what you want a driver to do.Were tired,and need to know waay ahead of your 8 hr shift thinking..

 

Will you be in my corner when I accidentally lock myself out of my truck and in my methamphetamine fueled rage someone calls the cops on me and it is discovered I have drove from Seattle to Massachusetts in a time span of maybe 35 hours?

 

I've only seen that scale once or twice in my life. I looked at Google maps again and it jarred my memory. Now I understand how it could be called out as Vicksburg LA. It is bureaucratically foolishly situated just off the bottom of the bridge.

This is not a big deal, by the way. If your company can't book loads because of unsafe driving patterns....it was well before this silly incident.

5 csa points is nothing. X3 first year, X2 second year, but still no big deal.

Am gonna ruffles some feathers here. This is a perfect example of white people privilege. You went back and confronted the state trooper and made it home in one piece yet you feel violated. Wow!! Land of the free right?
