First time post. Not sure if this belongs here, but is it a good time to get a CDL with everything going on in the trucking industry?

 

Yes, I advise getting it now. Get a CDL with all endorsements, plus a passport or passport card to use for Canada loads.

Do not have a CDL yet. Have been considering it for awhile now

 

Years ago I lived in Milton. Got my Huey aircrew wings there.

 

Anyway, that's a good location for plenty of trucking jobs.
I recommend a reefer outfit because refrigerated trucking hauls medicine and food which has to keep moving no matter what the economy is.
