It could be that you have the same first and last name as someone whose record is not as squeaky clean as yours. Sometimes they don't go by SSN.

 

The USIS/DAC report is an unfair system of reporting that has been abused in the trucking industry. There are plenty of small common carriers who dont use it. Do your research and its easy to find them. Its a better deal for you and youll probably have a much better experience with a small carrier as opposed to corporate SCUM.

Wish i knew where to find the companies that dont use that crap. I live in pa. Trying to find some local work. Dac is messing me up. All for some minor dings no damage and no tickets.
