Newbie here from Chicagoland

    I currently drive school buses. Not terribly fond of the children, but like driving a big hunk of metal around. Looking to get my CDL A once the school year's over.

    I'm probably gonna stick out like a sore thumb. I'm a 21-year-old woman, looking to get into the industry because $80,000 of student loan debt does not sound like my idea of a career starter.

    Will you attend CDL school or go with company training?
    Ask some questions on the "Questions from new drivers" thread.
    Get with the right CDL-A company and make some good money; maybe Millis Transfer among others.
