All these hire new cdl grads, even if the website has "experience required", so ignore that and apply anyway.
    Melton Truck Lines
    Paul Transportation
    System Transport
    Jones Bros. Trucking
    Halvor Lines
You'll have to call and ask about the automatic transmissions. Some companies have a mix of autos and stick shifts.

I got a job right off this website you are on now. That’s how I first came to truckers report. Go to the main page and begin input of the criteria you want. Then the company recruiters call you day and night.

I am OTR flatbed. Like you I had a CDL and no experience. I applied online here to several “starting” companies. I went with a large flatbed company that had a reputation for newer equipment and excellent safety training. I intended to only do OTR 6 months and then I would find a “better” job. But 18 months later I am still doing OTR. I’m happy out here.

Flatbed pays more than dryvan. It has a brighter future. Your only drawback is that auto-only CDL. It might not matter. My company is moving to all autos anyways. Ask them when they call. But send in the mini-application from here first.

Youll like flatbed. I just started doing it 7 months ago after driving for over 9 years wish I would have done it from the start. Best of luck to you.
