Think about this for a second.
The true unemployment rate in this country is around 20%...which means there's ALOT of folks looking for work right now.
And yet, here you have an industry with so many open positions that not only will they sponsor you, but you will have a job upon graduation even tho you have 0 verifiable miles under your belt.
Business is slow right now, so it's not like these companies are adding trucks to keep up with rising demand.
It's that they have to constantly replace people who quit.
Why do so many people quit?
