Newbie Looking to Run Western US Solo OTR - Advice Appreciated

Well, Roehl seems to be out as well as inputting my zip code (NE. Oklahoma) in their online app gives me a message saying they aren't hiring in my area. There goes my 2nd preferred option

I'm going to do some more research but don't you think CRST wouldn't be such a good choice? I've read a lot of horror stories about them along with CR England.

 

After doing some more research I've narrowed my options down to Swift or Knight. I know both are "bottom feeders" but I'm basically hoping to get my experience that will let other companies hire me and move on. Any advice on whether I should pick one over the other?
