Newbie needs some help A.S.A.P.!!!!!

I think that this might have something to do with you lack of experience. Doesn't it? A mistake as a minor? Care to elaborate on that?
Seriously, though, a criminal record in this job market only serves to make things harder.

 

Its something that happened to me over 13 years ago, alot of company's only care about a 7 year criminal history so im in the clear!

 

Dizzles, the time in between may help.
But, there are several threads here about drivers who have records over 20yrs old, and can't get jobs.

No I didn't make it through orientation. They let me go on the 4th day with no reason why. They told me the state of Alabama doesn't have to give you a reason why they don't hire you. I passed my drive test, agility test, drug test, metal coil certification, ect. Guess I'll fill out some more apps. Sorry for the delay updates, just a little pissed off on how they handled everything. Everything happens for a reason lol!!!!
