I will be out of the lathrop, CA terminal. Yes have my class A already with all my endorsements. What is involved in changing you license over to another state?[/QUOTE] do you have any experience?
Averitt is a family run company from what I have seen. Don't make them mad! I talked to a guy running the Cracker Barrel dedicated. He said if he didn't run illegal, he wouldn't have made squat. They can pull you any time and tell you you job has changed and you have to run OTR. I am leary of them Never saw anyone in their Nashville terminal smile when I was picking up carpet to install. They do have lots of drivers that are 5-10+ year veterans.
this company is a joke .25 cents a mile i got up and walked out the second day their and laugh while heading towards the door good luck to all you suckers going their dont think they aint giving you every load over 600 miles either bet on that!!!!!
ya it might have been but they waited until then to tell us should have looked a little harder i gess

That didn't make up for the $180 weeks. You are at the mercy of the planners and the DM's. Weekend and evening crews suck and will leave you hanging.
Only reason I am running teams with friend is we both know that it is temporary and it is a way we can earn more that the BFI's .25 cpm. Just a way to earn more money starting. We both don't want to stay teams. My ideal job would be to be home every weekend, earn $500 per week, be able to take truck home on weekends, APU in truck, Respect for drivers, and pays actual miles not HHM. But I don't think that job is a available...
