Newbie training for swift

There is a lot of BS on the CB I don't care to listen to either, however a CB can be a useful tool in a lot of situations. When I don't care to listen to the super truckers argue or berate each other I simply turn it off.

 

There are also several shippers and recievers that will call you on the CB with your door assingment. If you don't have a CB, you have to hang out in their dirty waiting room instead of your nice warm truck.

 

im not worried about a cb.

 

I would suggest atleast everyone get a small cheapo cb because some shippers you have to have a cb or its a huge friggin hassle, an also is a nice tool to have when trying to back into a tight spot in a truckstop alot of people will holler if you're about to hit someone or something. But atleast get a cheapo you dont have to get a jacked up one...

 

Swift is out of the car haul business,....Damage claims eat them up,..Not saying they had bad drivers,..but auto hauling is a very specialized thing.
