Hey guys I just need a few more ideas of companies to apply at. Ive got 3 years local exp in a concrete mixer (straight truck) and I went to a cdl training school 200+hours but I just turned 21. To my suprize Ive been turned down 3 times already TMC and Maverick couldnt take someone my age unless I went through there program and CRST wouldnt take me b/c I had 2 misdem charges on my record for underage possesion of alcohol (NO DUI).
So far Ive applied at all of the above and: CR England,Werner, Decker,Zapital trucking(agreed to take me on after I get one year OTR),and Heartland transport. Looking for a preferably a flatbed/stepdeck operation but any OTR job is better than my local job(still employed). Im from Iowa but I have plenty of room to park a truck in the yard.

I wouldn't mind a tanker job, I have the endosrement, but I doubt they would take on a rookie.

I noticed you didn't put down Swift. Good place to start.
