Newbies, What have you learned?

She doesn't have those in her inventory. She only has a set of extra small slightly bald extrememly crushed ping pong balls....

 

i've learned so much from being on this site that it's hard to pick even one thing right off the top of my head or one thing that i would put above all the others.....

it has been a most informative wealth of knowledge with regard to my mid-life career change.......both in things and companies to avoid as well as things to do and companies to put at the top of the list.....

but, the overall wealth of information from people who know what they're talking about and genuinely do care about the people they are advising and the pointedness, straightforward and (thankfully lol) politically incorrect and no bs way in which it's presented from many of you have deepened an already strong respect i've always had for drivers just based on knowing the ones that work for me.

and, just like everywhere else in life.....there are the idiots lol but they're usually pretty easy to spot after just a short time on here and noticing trends over time....which as a good manager i've always been able to do

but, it's good to see that most of you out there are still people of integrity and character, even as so many newbies coming into the game aren't.....but fortunately, they generally don't last long......

i wish i'd had a site like this to go to before i went into aviation 15 years ago.....i might have made the choice i'm making now, then lol.......

I'd say i learned to stay away from CRE, depsite their pretty website and bs they spew there.....it looked like a good deal a year ago when i knew nothing and was researching getting into the game.....

if not for this site lol.........i'd be like so many clueless others who go there and only THEN find this site and we hear about what the real deal there is

 

I've learned a lot about various companies and especially the ones to avoid as well as discovering a number of companies that I didn't know existed.

I've also learned that there are a lot of unhappy drivers that should really consider getting out of the business is it is as cruddy as they say.

I've met many users of these forums overr the last 23 months I've been a member. I also have a lot of members phone numbers. Some of them I have never talked to other then here on the forum.... But I got their number just in case.
