If you and your wife are going to team together I would recommend a larger company but not a mega-carrier. A good company like Central Ref. is large enough to keep you busy yet small enough to treat you like a human being. Another big plus with going with a non-mega-carrier is that you won't have to take a refresher course. Also if you are looking to train your wife yourself then you will most likely have to drive for whatever company you choose for 3 months before your wife will be able to train with you. My wife and I teamed for Central and did very well there!
Have a friend that drives for Marten ... he's pretty happy with them, they have APUs and he gets his hometime regularly.
welll there have been some great help here but lets just clear this one for the air. My Wife and i are going to be riding she is going to riding shotgun with me. She doesnt want to drive right away. So what im really looking for is a good paying company that is going to treat me right, and has a good riders policy.
