NHTSA to Begin Speed Limiter Rulemaking

i would be happy if they just equaled the playing field between 4 wheelers and trucks
if trucks need limiters--then cars should as well
in reality,a car does not have to be able to go 100+ miles an hour--and a truck doesnt have to go over what ever the posted speed limit is--cars should be limited to the speed limit as well
or else a good stiff fine fine would be deterrent--not sure if i would like it tho as i have been known to get the odd speeding ticket

 

If this is their goal, they need to put speed limiters on cars too, otherwise they need to shut up and stay out of the truckers' lives already!
