Just scored a nice Tektronix 222A portable scope on Ebay. It is a 10mhz digital scope with all the probes. This should be good enough to align cb radios and watch modulation pattern with, i hope. The size and price were right. Got it for $110.
Nice Ebay find on an oscilloscope

Align a 27 mHz radio with a 10 mhz scope? Accurately?
rabbiporkchop Thanks this. -
At a very minimum, you would need this.

Without a spectrum analyzer, you won't be able to see harmonics with it, so you would want something like this.

The greater resolution, the more you can see, and the better your work will be assuming you have half a clue how to eliminate harmonics.Bout Z Thanks this. -
I just bought this to watch am output and modulation. Im doing that now with my Kenwood SM-220 monitor scope, and its only 10mhz. Its nice because it already is set up for a transmitter connection. Now I can reconnect the SM-220 to my other Kenwood radios.
