The qualcomm outtage don't affect the AS/400 internally... just the send/receive at both the truck and the appropriate terminal. They still could have fixed things and called y'all and the fact they didn't is unacceptable in my book.

 

Actually at the original when I called Breakdown, they had me dealing with ECT on PHX. Who knows what they were doing. I think that they passed it off onto the planners in Memphis, and then this morning it was handed off to Lancaster. It is good now, the driver showed up, another o/o, and they where going to just have her t-call it to Memphis. She got on the phone and had that changed fast.
