    And if its a pre loaded trailer .. Write "pre-loaded trailer and sealed", with "driver not able to count" (or something like that) on the bills.

    Just cause its a live load doesn't mean its on you .. Most shippers don't allow drivers on the dock to watch the load, so its on them

    I have a question about that. Today in CDL school our instructor told us to always write: "Shipper Load and Count when you sign off on the papers. My question is, like the guy said above, they might not like it but they have to go along right? Anotherwords, they got no choice? Cause I plan on always writing that to CYA.
