Thats just treating the symptom, what about the cause ?

What, if anything, do you think could have prevented him from becoming a cold-blooded killer who lacks empathy and has no regard for human life or dignity?

I don't disagree with you, but he could have broke bad despite having a good upbringing.

Deere hunter and cuzzin it Thank this.

Yes, but it kinda rare. But if all you see is degraded life because that rise above leave, and those that stay have a disregard for life including there own. If all they see are thugs, drugs, and pimps, many will be inclined to follow that path.

PS. 230 grains is too expensive on large scale, that this problem is. 115 +P would be more cost effective

I don't think so. We're dancing around the elephant here, but good upbringing makes all the difference. Plenty of good people, with great families with good jobs and are playing professional football now. This person didn't have that, and turned into basic survival, something many of us have no idea about.

    :biggrin_25523:

A stable home is most of that battle, but that’s something a large portion of the black community hasn’t had since before the detestable LBJ was President. Now you have all these children growing up without fathers.

Add to that, the wonderful influences of “pop culture”.

I’d be lying if I said there weren’t times when I really do envy the Amish.

    RockinChair and 201 Thank this.

I didn't want to call out the specific group by the color, I grew up in Milwaukee, which at the time had a relatively small black community. Ours in a neighborhood of predominantly white. That has changed dramatically, and when cleaning my parents house out for resale couple years back,, they were one of the last white families in the area to leave. While the demographics changed, it was still a respectable neighborhood, with most with good jobs. I must admit a bit of reverse racism, being the only white person, and the biggest difference from my parents time? On the 4th, not ONE flag was displayed except me. That was unsettling. I grew up with racism, but my only merit there was, I was white.
