I know this thread is over 2 years old, but I'm having a similar problem in my 2012 international prostar eagle. The A/CDL and heat work in the cab, but nothing works in the sleeper. Even when I try to change it from the cab. The panel doesn't light up or anything, I have checked all relays, fuses, and connections that I can get to and see. I'm not sure if I'm missing something, or what... I would like some ac when I go to sleep tonight. Thanks in advance.

There is a high pressure switch for a reason... Over charging will activate that sensor from to much head pressure

If you can idle get a small fan to pull the air from the vents in the cab to the sleeper.
