No ABS freightliner columbia

check ABS 10 amp fuse in aux. PDM (fuse box) located in driver side A pillar.

 

What would cause '04 FL M2 to frequently seize calipers, random. Each incident would kill functioning abs, dash abs light stays on. They fix light, but after another random caliper seizure. Abs dies (again). It's not the sensors, had them constantly replaced. Not the rotors or hoses or calipers, had all those frequently replaced, not yet replaced abs module or abs solenoids modulators ? Note: to avoid future caliper seizures, I simply keep the dead abs system , dash abs light glowing means no more caliper seizures ! Abs sucks, I should mention after every seizure, I lost brakes until abs modulator or module let go of the frozen caliper(s), system let's go of seizure usually after going over bumpy road conditions . I haven't tried it yet. But would cracking caliper bleeder release seizure ? So far so good, as long as dash abs is lite ! Oh forgot to mention, after seizures, the brake fluid is bubbling hot ? Can't touch Brake fluid reservoir!
