    Someone on here helped me out by sending a video of what I think you’re referring to called an “override” switch and there’s not one on this truck

    Not an override switch but an opti idle system . Its where u leave the key in the on position and truck starts and stops on its own. Take a pic of ur dash and steering wheel controls

    Hopefully you called and had them walk you thru setting up the truck to idle. So you know it broken or how it should work. Like you need the parking brake set. If you trying all these different things vs the way it should work from the start something might not bet set like the parking brake.

    I had a guy from Breakdown ask me who my “DM” was after filling out another report on this and that’s as far as it went, probably off for the holidays now
