Im glad i dont have the collision crap on this truck... about a year or so ago , maybe 2 years . That system slammed the breaks so hard it shifted some steel tubing i had on the deck about 8 inches forward .... Nothing but a shadow from a bridge... and yet they think self driving trucks are right around the cornerGod prefers Diesels, Speed_Drums, 650cat425 and 1 other person Thank this.

Dont take it personally. In all honesty, your truck is designed that way on purpose. It takes a lot of the "driver" out of truck driver. That allows the fleets to just stick any old meat in the seat.Shawn2130, D.Tibbitt and farmerjohn64 Thank this.

So the rev thing worked ? Nicely done. Its a shame u have to be a rocket scientist just to figure out how to get truck to idle so u can sleep without being cooked like a thanksgiving turkeyVic Firth, Speed_Drums, JonJon78 and 2 others Thank this.

My lumber load shifted a bit on that one too

None taken, I’m not that thin skinned haha I’d prefer to do everything myself though like your truck is apparently setup

MickChicken* And yeah, can’t believe it was that simple too

Maybe if you’d stop trying to watch “Breaking Bad” while going down the road you wouldn’t need it hahaha
P.S. Oh you mean cruise control, silly me thought you were referring to that collision mitigation crap -
I am guessing you are out on the road for the holiday weekendD.Tibbitt and farmerjohn64 Thank this.
