No CB talking permitted

Fully agree with Lilbit. But the only way this stuff will ever be contested is when drivers have a voice that is heard. And there's only strength in numbers when there is unity.

 

LOL , i am sorry drivers but they will do what they want and you guys and girls will do what they say.
None of you will probably do anything to stop any of it, i cringe at all the stuff that has been forced down your throat- yet they now have half of you believing that its for your safety and arguing for such things right on this forum.
Anytime now, i will be reading a thread where another driver post,s about calling in on a driver cause they were breaking the law and talking on their CB.
Drivers banding together, LOL LOL --they were talking about doing that 30 years ago, didn't you all just have an opportunity to do that a couple of months ago ? Yet all i read about on here was all the drivers talking about how the drivers or organization that started, it had some other agenda in mind and how you all would never have done it for "those reasons".
I am not talking about any of the posters on this thread in particular and mind you, i am sure i would be just like the rest of the masses.
But get real, you wont stop e-logs, you wont stop California emissions and the states soon to follow, you wont stop some of these companies from paying poverty wages, you wont stop the corporate welfare CDL mills and you wont stop them from banning CB useage.
If a Drivers leader actually did make some head way, half of you would crucify him/her anyway.
To the original poster -just do your 3 years and retire - if you jump to the next company, they would probably ban CB usage as soon as you got hired anyway.
Sorry about the rant, i really am for you drivers -but your all getting squeezed till you pop out of the seat.
Do you drivers really want to do something, this site has 132,000 members where at least half are drivers --really put some thing together and fight some of this BS. what about these other trucking organizations, --why dont some of you use this site to come together and really do something about it.
At least next time someone goes in the ditch in Delaware --sue the state under the grounds that you could have been warned about the up coming danger if someone was allowed to use the CB..
