No charges Humbolt Bus Crash !?!?!?

She would have had to be issued a court order.

 

I don't know and every one of them is different but you'd think they would have provided more info by now. If I were one of those directly affected I would be very pissed.

That said, do you remember that crash on the 400 SB near finch a couple years back that wiped out 3 generations of one family that was heading home from Canada's Wonderland?

It was almost 3 months before charges were laid in that one and they stated the investigation wasn't even complete at that time.

OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt told CBC News the charges were months in the making due to the complexity of the investigation.

"There's been a lot of work, there was so many vehicles involved, so many witnesses to follow up on," he said.

He added that the investigation into the crash isn't complete, and more charges are possible.

RCMP say they will not release any details of the investigation or what they believe happened. The only thing the Mounties have said to this point is that the truck was in the intersection when the collision occurred.
