Unless Comdata has changed it is a special MasterCard to start with. On my last card on the back, you could see the added numbers making it 16 digits. I had my pay split, most went into my bank account and a small portion on my fuel card balance. Depending on how the card is set up, you either pushed the saving or checking account option to access YOUR money at an ATM. I am glad that Comdata has done this, however, I wonder what their fees are? I heard Comdata was almost broke.

I remember the old Greenbacks (bought out by Comdata), I have used EFS too. I always got my pay loaded through them into my bank and if a fee was paid my carrier paid it. I think I had to pay either $1.50 per transaction or $2.50 plus the ATM fee once I used an ATM. Today I have no idea what those fees are.

Try an independent truck stop. I had one give me a few back last summer. Not too surprised Loves didn't have them.
