I use motive, the company is strict to the point that we can’t use PC to go to Walmart. I make enough money to pay my taxes by the book after doing all the expenses Last load Chicago to California came at 2100 miles, had 11 drops, $100 extra per every drop and .75c a mile. So I make enough to pay irs and put in my pocket. Not quite sure what you’re trying to say. Try reading sentences and understanding what they actually mean before accusing someone cheating on their taxes. Before you talk smack about European companies remember than there are plenty of domestic companies that pay drivers .47c a mile, and that’s in 2024. Let that sink in…..

No one pays $100 per drop to a company driver and 75 cpm. Maybe you should put the statement right here. Unless you're actually the owner of the company.
You've just mentioned not paying 25K worth of taxes to the government. -
You have convinced me! Where do I sign up? Coming out of retirement because it sounds to good to be true!Speedy356 and thatsright Thank this.
-
Yes I know what I mentioned, also I am the one to know what my expenses are and how much I invest into my 401k. Here’s a statement since “no one pays .75c”
Yes I get paid per extra stops. This is flatbed btw.Attached Files:

Company driver making more than owner operators. Lol. Hey did you see that pig go flying by??
-
That flying pig landed in White House I think.
If you’re making less than a company driver as an owner op than it’s a sad day, here’s one from almost a year ago. Pay was decreased by 10 cents since than because of the current market and “economy”Attached Files:

Not bad but man that is a lot of time passed for that amount of money. Understand why they pay .75 and extra for the stops. Gonna guess you never too much more than 5-6K miles a month. All thought will say that your 1099 is illegal but that is another issue.
-
I’m not quite sure what you mean my 1099 is illegal? I get a tax form from the company than I deduct on the road expenses, 401k and pay taxes on the clean profit. In 7.5 month I put on 88k miles considering I took about 5 weeks off.

Usually, If you drive their truck, you are an employee. Not a 1099 contractor.
