And they are out of Chicago. They have been very good to me and have always paid me well even as a company driver. My average weekly take home with them as a company driver was over $2500 per week. They are the exception to the rule in my opinion. As for the repair shop, they do not try to attract outside business. 99% of the repair shops business is maintaining company vehicles and owner ops.
It doesn't matter. The Freightliner dealer probably will charge you less. And I don't think they're qualified to do this kind of work.
If you want to stick to the dealer for whatever reason, go for it. But why are you being such a hater? I've been to a shop in West Chicago that sounds almost exactly like the one he's describing. The work was top quality, the amount of time the truck spent in the shop was considerably less, and the prices were better than the dealer. Your parents don't have to be born in the USA to make you qualified to fix a truck.
How much roughly it costs to replace cylinder head for freightliner cascadia 2019 dd15?! Tim, Pro-Tech Verified technician Average labor rates are $150.00 to $175.00. OP paid for an OEM head and not aftermarket. You can't compare pricing when you aren't buying the same parts.
