Shop time. The J1708 bus is dead. It could be the instrument panel, the truck ecu, or the engine ecm or a short in the cable "somewhere".

The instrument panel does not read the sensors directly. That information is transmitted over the J1708 bus, and most of that information comes from the ECM.

The first thing to try is hooking the truck up to the diagnostic computer to see if it can talk to the ECM and ECU. No talk would mean likely a shorted or open j1708 cable.

Some talk would point to a bad device on the cable. If it talks with the ECM but not with the ECU then the ECU is likely bad.

Good luck, if it were me, I would get the truck to a Freightliner shop.
