You just quoted me when I stated that "Va. does not". Plus the fact, this is not a "for hire" company. This is a private company that only moves their own equipment.
-
This is your original posting doesn't mention VA in it. I replied to that. When I saw your second posting I took the time, MY time to look it up and to HELP you. Please forgive me for trying to help someone that doesn't appreciate the effort.
-
One thing I see people keep mentioning that is wrong. They keep mentioning if the driver never leaves the state....
That is wrong. It's the load that matters, not the driver. For example if the op is pulling cans out of a rail or shipyards then that's interstate and all federal dot rules apply, including usdot number.wis bang Thanks this. -
You are awful "touchy". I never meant to offend. Sorry, I even ask the question in the beginning. should have known better.
-
DOT uses the phrase "continuation of interstate transport" for anything off a ship, railroad, airport, etc.ZVar Thanks this.
-
I'm not touchy and frankly not offended. I just have ZERO patience for people that ask a question without posting the required information needed to give a helpful answer then doesn't like the response they get.
-
Well next time I post anything, do me a favor, just ignore it and do not reply. Personally, I think "somebody must have licked the red off your candy bar".
-
Consider it done. BTW no candy bars here. Have a Merry ChristmasBean Jr. Thanks this.
