    MBI hires new CDL holders.
I keep wondering if Oil is not dead dinosaurs. Actually the places they used as an out house.

There is a bunch of S in Oil Field. Have to put up with it. I only work 4 on 2 off. Close to where I live. Go home on the 2 off.
Worst part I've experienced. Have to supposedly learn from others. But the others don't know what they're doing. They're full of wanting and lust for money. Everything is warped by their goofed up minds wanting. The money is good, but not the great income that has been. I'm working on getting things right with the authorities who really know.
I welcome the money. But not motivated by wanting. I had a six figure income, 20 years ago. So? Was impressed with the fact. I did awful the first couple weeks. Still made $1k a week.

One of the biggest reason for turnover in any oilfield that is booming is housing, unless the outfit has a camp (most don't in Texas) finding a place to lay down is difficult, paying for it is even worse. The other is work and the hours, most don't want it near as bad as they think they do.

I don't know much of anything about oil field trucking, but in coil and frac turnover is hi because people don't know what they're getting into. Seen many quit after a week, some in the middle of their first day.

I've heard that about West Texas from a few sources.
They say in ND, they hate the water drivers. I rationalize some have done pretty badly. Say the others are ok.
I'm in Wyoming. In my experience. These guys drive good. No problems. Does get pretty busy on certain roads.

Ah yes, good old Midland. Every time I drive through there its a rats race. A mess of trucks and equipment getting hauled everywhere. One time I pulled into a Flying J there near Odessa and was able to get in fine... but apparently there was no way out. I had to drive out through the weigh station the wrong way after pulling through the fuel island and backing out of two dead-end parking rows.
