Well if it all depends on how they reported it. I don't think it can be held against you since it was pre-employment. Apply to all those companies, but don't tell them that you flunked a test. I wouldn't even list that job since you technically never worked there

FMCSA..
“If the school is not an employer, the student driver is ultimately responsible for meeting these requirements, however the school may ensure that the student driver has complied with the requirements of part 382 prior to allowing the student driver to operate a CDL vehicle. See 49 CFR 382.103.” -
I would never tell you to be dishonest, but there's no sense in volunteering anything extra.
So before you decide how much you're going to tell them, you better find out whether or not this went on your record in the clearinghouse. And you should also find out whether or not Trans Am will tell the new companies about this when they do your employment verification.bryan21384 Thanks this. -
Honestly, and I'm not trying to be smart or rude, but you really should consider a different career.
Good luck.....and I mean that.Old_n_gray Thanks this. -

I’m having the same issue. I live in Bloomington, Indiana. I’ve completed all but step 6 of the SAP.
